AIRnet COMPRESSED AIR PIPING

  • AIRnet is a compressed air piping system that delivers quality air till point of use.
  • Modular design & light weight results in less time required for installation than traditional MS & CS piping

ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM

AIRSCAN

  • A properly conducted audit of your compressed air system provides sustainable reduction in operating cost, reduces downtime & capital spending, higher productivity of your air system
  • Compressed air system consists supply, distribution & demand. We can measure flow & power at supply and leak detection at distribution & demand (point of use)
  • Compressed air flow can measure through various process or equipments like Orifice (differential pressure) flowmeter, Vortex type flowmeter, Thermal insertion method etc…
  • The flow meter can be inserted into an existing point without interrupting your production
  • Leaks: The national average is 25% of total demand
  • Most of the leakage found at point of use and secondly during transportation
  • Leak detection can identify by noise but it’s difficult in continuous running plant hence it is identified through ultra-sonic or equivalent meter
